Flexible morning and afternoon departures are available. Minimum group size is 2, maximum is 10. We provide life jackets, rubber boots, raingear and smoked salmon snack. Dress in layers as the weather can change quickly and bring your camera!
We also offer Dyea Town Sight Tours and Nature Walks. All tours take place within the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.
Hike & Float Tour:
This ACTIVE tour adds a 1.8 mile hike to the Scenic Float Tour. Retrace the steps of the Gold Rush stampeders on the famous Chilkoot Trail as you hike through a moss-covered northern temperate rainforest. After the one-way hike, meet for a relaxing river float. The moderate hike is on uneven terrain for the first mile, then on mostly flat ground for the remainder. Please wear sturdy walking shoes!
