A 20-minute train ride followed by a nature-filled hike along the Denver River into the majestic, untouched old-growth rainforest. You'll learn all about the amazing biodiversity this forest holds, and how the natives of the past, and locals of today, make use of it. Includes several spectacular lookout points. Total hiking distance is 4-5 miles.
Everything is included, including waterproof, breathable rain gear, trekking poles, lumbar packs, water, nuts and candy bars. At the end of the tour our Backcountry Delights include locally smoked salmon pate, crackers and cold beverages. Passport required.
